Every session starts with a quick survey which calculates a Readiness Score out of 5. The Readiness Score is made up of your Stress, Sleep, Energy, Mood, and Soreness. This allows us to track the recovery of athletes and adjust our training accordingly.
The workouts include detailed video breakdowns highlighting proper form and execution of the exercises. The app allows you to keep track of your weight lifted, and I can see it too! This allows us to ensure athletes are progressively adding weight as they get stronger.
The app allows for direct messaging between the strength coach and the athletes. This allows athletes to reach out about nagging injuries, general questions, or even video feedback on their form doing an exercise.
