EXPECTATIONS

We take the time to talk through your expectations for your recovery as well as present you with what the current evidence says. We educate you on your injury and the different surgical approaches that could work best for you.

NUTRITION/SUPPLEMENTATION

We talk through how to fuel your body with the best possible nutrition to ensure you are giving your body the building blocks to heal optimally. This includes your daily nutrition but also supplements to ensure we are limiting pain and setting you up for success.

EARLY STAGE

We give you a lot of the exercises that you will most likely being doing in the earl stages at any PT clinic. We also give you some better options and more creative options to spice it up. We talk through more advanced concepts that ensure we lay a solid foundation EARLY to set us up for success in the later phases.

LATE STAGE

We talk through a couple key concepts for later stage and return to sport including plyometrics, proper strength training. and speed training. We briefly talk about our philosophy when it comes to return to sport and how to get the most bang for your buck out of your rehab.
